1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the moment you receive your wig to initiate a return.
2. Contact Us: Please contact us at unikbeautyline@gmail.com to address any issues and to begin the return process.
3. Conditions for Return:
   • The lace on the wig must not be cut.
   • The wig must not have any makeup or other products applied to it.
   • The wig cannot have been worn and must remain in its original, unaltered state.
   • The wig must be returned in its original packaging.
4. Shipping Costs:
   • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us.
   • Please ensure that the package is securely sent back to us, as you will be responsible for its safe arrival.
5. Refund or Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned wig, if it meets the above conditions, you will be eligible for a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Mistakes on Our End:
   • If the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
   • Once we receive the returned wig and confirm it is unaltered, we will promptly issue a refund or send the correct wig to you.
